plain not responsible

i've just always found it interesting that non-personal entities could release themselves of any responsibility for something in their possession/control.
i often try to imagine a situation where that would work for an individual.

"oh, thanks for letting me have sex with you. now, if you'll just sign HERE... what?... oh, this? it's just standard procedure... now if these old crusty condoms should break and you forget to take your birth control, this release says i am not morally or financially responsible for my sperm and any life it may particpate in creating."

i don't know... it just doesn't seem like it would hold up very well in child support court.

would i be any less of a BLACK ARTIST if instead of painting women with black massive afros, i started painting red-headed white women with really pale faces and fiery red freckles?
...cause i thinks that's hot too.
